This recipe is taken from the Hop and Grain recipe database. Brown Sugar is required, not supplied with the mash kit.
This AG mash kit is supplied with the following to make up 23 litres of beer. All grains are crushed and ready to use, all hops are supplied in a vac sealed bag with instructions on the mash and boil schedule.

410g Crystal Malt
75g Carafa III
135g Chocolate Malt
19g Fuggles 60 minutes
28g Challenger 60 minutes
10g Fuggles Flame Out
1 x Protofloc Tablet 15 minutes
1 x nottingham Ale Yeast
