This lager recipe can be viewed in the customers beers section of the web site. A very nice lager that can be brewed at normal temps, but is unsurpassed when brewed using the traditional lagering techniques.

575g Wheat Malt
Mashed for 90 minutes
48g Saaz 90 minutes
48g Hallertau Hersbrucker 90 minutes
15g Styrian Bobeck 15 minutes
