BIRKBY BITTER is Brupaks’ entrant in the session beer category. Less hoppy and slightly sweeter than Colne Valley Bitter, it has just the right balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness to keep you wanting more. Brews 40 pints.

This is a 3Kg kit and requires no added sugars. Typical beer analysis, colour 12-15 EBC, expected ABV 4.0 - 4.3%.
