This grain is used extensively to promote good head retention in all beer types, where it can be used to make up to 10% of the grain bill. It is also an ideal addition to Belgian Witbiers, where it can be used to make up to 40% of the grain bill.
These grains are ready crushed and have a colour of 4 EBC.
Maximum percentage 10% (or up to 40% for Witbier)
