Tooheys brewers have developed this authentic dry
lager recipe to help you brew a beer that’s a little dryer
than others, with a crisp, light refreshing finish.
Ingredients:
Malted barley, water, hops and yeast (under the lid).
Makes 23 litres. Just add sugar and water.
