A relatively new hop originating from our friends at Wye College in Kent. Originally bred as a replacement for Challenger.
These are a dual purpose hop with a high alpha acid content. The aroma can be described as a typical British aroma, with spicey notes, that is very mellow. It is a good hop to dabble with in the mid range boil and has excellent properties when used in the copper.
They work well when used in conjunction with your favourite dry hops.
Available in 100g, vacuum sealed bags and supplied with an extra, resealable bag for storage when the vac bag has been opened.
