This recipe is taken from the Hop and Grain recipe database. the original recipe calls for Bullian hops, which are no longer available. I have substituted Northern Brewer and recalculated for the EBU.
2935g Maris Otter Pale Malt
840g Flaked Barley
420g Roasted Barley
Mash for 60 minutes at 66c.
45g Northern Brewer Hops - 60 minutes
1 x Protofloc Tablet 15 minutes
1 x S-04 Yeast
