New to Copper Kettle is the increasingly popular Tipple. A Spring grown Barley from Suffolk, this has an unusually high extraction rate. This malt is rapidly becoming a favourite among the commercial breweries.

This malt has a colour of EBC 4.5 and is supplied ready crushed for ease of use.
