Scammonden Dark is a rich dark ale, in the style of a Porter. It's blend of Pale, Crystal and Roasted Malts, together with subtle hop additions, afford this beer a great complexity of flavour. It has great character and will appeal to those who like thier beer more assertive.
This is a 3Kg kit and requires no added sugars. Typical beer analysis, colour 90-100 EBC, bitterness 30-40 EBU.
