Cellar 7 wine kits are made from European grapes. The kit includes everything needed to make 5 gallons (30 bottles) of superb wine. No sugar required as the kits include 7Kg of the finest concentrate available. The yeast and nutrients included give a super fast fermentation without detracting any of the taste. These wine kits are designed to be fermented ready to drink in as little as 7 days although the wine will continue to improve if left to mature.
