This Malt is the classic English body builder and a British invention. It is unsurpassed in Bitter beers for adding subtle sweetness to balance the customary high hop rate. Many Homebrewers have used Crystal Malt in a wide variety of beer styles, ranging from Bitters and Ales through to Stouts and Porters.
This malt has a colour of 120 EBC and is ready crushed.
